Packaging Project Engineer

Main Responsibilities
1. Make packaging budget, planning and strategy, and schedule for new projects. 。
2. Manage special stillage development and standard packaging approval to meet project and production requirements on time.
3. Coordinate all functions relative to the new projects, like suppliers (local and overseas), PD, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, and MP&L internally, to deal with inputs and outputs for packaging preparation.
4. Responsible for packaging procurements and project budget control.
5. Manage packaging deliverables at each stage to ensure project launch.
6. Set up and improve relative processes for packaging new project management.
7. Lead advanced packaging planning for advanced supply chain evaluation to support part sourcing.

Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor degree of Packaging or Mechanical Engineering, fluent oral English.
2. Experience in packaging project management in OEMs
3. Experience in packaging supplier management
4. Experience or knowledge in logistics planning and material handling
5. Have good communication and coordination ability, able to deal with urgent issues
6. Able to do comprehensive analysis and improve
7. Able to evaluate the concept of standard or special packaging
8. Able to inspect containers
9. Able to improve business process and standards
10. Able to make total cost analysis for the supply chain
